cvi42 | Plaque is enabled by a volume-based subscription, called Elevate. With Elevate you only pay for the cases you analyze, allowing flexibility to grow your practice without limitations on number of studies or number of users.

Study counting is based on the number of unique studies analyzed in Plaque. Opening the same study more than once by the same user, or by multiple users, does not create a new study count; only unique studies are counted.

Is cvi42 | Plaque reimbursable?

Yes. Effective January 1, 2026, Circle’s AI-powered cvi42 | Plaque analysis is eligible for reimbursement under the new Category I CPT code 75577, which establishes a standardized national code for quantitative assessment of coronary atherosclerotic plaque using coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA).
